In Luke 2:22–40, we meet Simeon and Anna, two faithful servants who recognize Jesus as the promised Savior. As Mary and Joseph bring the infant Jesus to the temple, God fulfills His promises and reveals the hope of salvation for all people. Through their stories, we are reminded to wait faithfully on the Lord, trust His Word, and rejoice in the salvation He has provided through Christ.
